Low Fat Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Dip

Healthier chocolate chip peanut butter dip isn’t loaded with fat or excess calories, but it’s definitely loaded with flavor! This low fat dip makes the perfect afternoon snack or dessert. Dip in with graham crackers, fruit slices, or just eat it straight from a spoon! It’s one of my favorite low fat recipes and it’s a Weight’s Watcher’s friendly dip!

Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Add powdered peanut butter and water to a small mixing bowl and use a spoon to stir until combined.
  2. Add cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract and stir until well combined. (I used an electric hand mixer, but a large mixing spatula will also work).
