HERB-ROASTED POTATOES RECIPE

These babies are better than fries – I could not stop eating them! They are naturally gluten free
My mom already told me to make them again this week for the family
I love the fact I was able to use rosemary from the garden – rosemary is my favorite herb ever — I pretty much like it with everything especially whole roasted chicken – use some lemon juice and rosemary and you are set

They are naturally gluten free  My mom already told me to make them again this week for the family  I love the fact I was able to use rosemary from the garden – rosemary is my favorite herb ever — I pretty much like it with everything especially whole roasted chicken – use some lemon juice and rosemary and you are set

INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 Pounds of Small Red Potatoes
  • ⅓ Cup of Oil
  • ½ Tsp of Salt
  • ¼ Tsp of Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Rosemary
  • ¼ Tsp of Pepper
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic - minced

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In a casserole dish - 9x13 place oil and garlic
  3. Take each potato and cut in half - place in the oil
  4. Move the potatoes through the oil and place the white ( meat) part of the potato on the bottom
  5. Season the potatoes with all the ingredients left
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
